Ok, this is going to be short and sweet.

I'm a believer of natural health. However, of course I trust in doctors too.

But if I can prevent, treat and cure something naturally, why would I need to spend lots of money on medications?

There's great metaphor once told by Anthony Robbins on this.

Basically, here's how it goes...

Someone is yelling "Help! Help!"

When a doctor passes by, he realizes that someone is drowning.  The doctor then immediately jumps in to help the drowning guy. After that, he performs CPR, mouth-to-mouth resuscitation, etc. until the guy gets well.

But when the doctor leaves, suddenly he hears 2 people screaming for help. Then he does CPR, etc. until they survive. When he leaves again, there are 4 other people drowning and screaming for help....and so on..and so forth.

The doctor is too busy that he can't see who's actually throwing them in.

That's a metaphor of treating the symptoms, not the root cause.

Whether it's treating and curing diabetes (explained at diabetes natural cure), or any other diseases, you need to address the root cause.

If you are an affiliate marketer, look for products that are genuine. Don't just try to "make money online internet" by promoting junks, including those health related products telling us to treat the symptoms (lowering cholesterol, etc).

Sleep apnea can be very dangerous for you, because there will be breathing pauses during your sleep. But don’t worry, though, because you can actually treat it.

1.       Use CPAP Machine

You can use Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) machine to treat sleep apnea. However, before you buy one, you should ask your doctor first to know what type of machine suits you.

2.       Lose Weight

If you want a more practical solution, you can try to lose some weight because being overweight is one of the causes of sleep apnea. When you are overweight, there will be more fat around your neck that can make breathing difficult.

3.        Avoid Alcohol

If you consume alcohol or other substances such as pain killer, you will make your sleep apnea worse because your airway muscles will be more relax. If you should consume such substance, try not to do it close to bed time.

4.       Change Sleeping Position

Sleep sideways to avoid making your sleep apnea worse. Or, if you still like sleeping on your back, try to elevate your sleeping position from the waist up.

5.       Surgeries

If none of the things you’ve tried work, you may consider undertaking surgeries to remove tissues around your throat. However, don’t give up yet. You can also try to practice stop snoring exercise as snoring treatment that reportedly can cure sleep apnea.
